We are a branch of a nonprofit foundation, the Center for a Better
Economy, which has had hands-on experience with a simple property-tax
reform that costs almost nothing to implement, but which can:
- raise all the revenue you need
- tax most people less than any other tax you can levy
- actually benefit your economy.

can you ask for? Tax suffering isn't inevitable.
We have come across absolutely no empirical studies which
contradict these three advantages. Literally dozens of localities
in the world (22 in the U.S.) have instituted this tax and ALL U.S.
empirical studies indicate economic success. Repeat: ALL empirical
studies indicate economic success.
This tax has been endorsed by literally hundreds of experts, including
eight American winners of the Nobel Prize in economics. See

This tax can be instituted by any level of government - city, county,
school and other districts, state or federal. Again, judge
its applicability to your locality only after you have read some
of the links.
